Look at video games and look for the green leaf / Pokemon Fire Red lengenary look and say --
The only way to get to Lugia / Ho-oh and Deoxys in Leaf Green / Fire Red is the aurora ticket and mystic ticket, or have. The ticket shall Naval Mystic Rock, where you will find both Lugia and Ho-oh. Aurora ticket takes you to the island was born, where, after solving a puzzle, you could be faced Deoxys. Unfortunately, the only legitimate way to get one of these cards is to receive too much of a Nintendo event. However, to earn through other means, would be through a GameShark (yes, I know you mentioned that not too) on access or an Action Replay. I have, as you do not know where you have one GameShark area where I live, but an Action Replay, which is very similar, but I found in most shops.
