I have an inflamed Gall Bladder. I need to change my diet or have surgery? - inflamed gall bladder

Suggestions on foods that can help me solve this problem or at least minimize the need for surgery

  1. You can avoid surgery, if you correct your diet. It will take some time, though. Have you talked to your doctor about the surgery and nutrition? Hospitals often have people there to help you and with the guidance given on the way to change your diet ..
    Avoid prolonged or repeated, hamburger, pork, roast chicken, cheese and seasonings, sauces, all (but still free) from fat.
